This type of machine applies PLC control and touch screen operate and Simens servo nmotor. so its electrical control system is quite stable and its aerodynamic performance is satisfied.
The new hot-press machine takes cylinder supported by air pressure and hydraulic pressure as its motive force. So this machine has high efficiency, high pressure and saves electricity as well.
The upper and lower templates have independent vacuum/ blowing function, and each template is
divided into three independent chambersThe products are automatically blow down to the transfer
belt, stacking and counting. When reaching the numbers previously set, the finished products are
sent out by belt.
